Here at NameNecklace, we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates. If your item has arrived damaged or has an error, please let us know immediately, NameNecklace will arrange for replacement and cover the return postage. Return policy
New and unworn items can be returned to NameNecklace within 90 days of purchase. Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 50 percent restocking fee. Customer should be in charge of both return and replacement postage fees.
Cancellation policy
The jewelry creation process starts very shortly as we are working to deliver your order ASAP, so that all cancellations requests after ordering may be subject to a 50 percent restocking fee.

International Return Packaging Guidelines
To ensure your refund is processed promptly, please return all items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging included. Use a sturdy, well-padded outer box to protect the contents during transit, and securely seal all seams with heavy-duty packing tape. Please include your original packing slip inside and clearly mark the parcel as Returned Goods on the customs declaration to avoid processing delays. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage until the return is complete.
